1 General Provisions and Acceptance of Agreement

By using the baaji website and its related services, you are considered to have accepted all the terms set out in these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

This agreement establishes a legally binding relationship between baaji and the user. This relationship takes effect from the moment you access the platform and remains in force until the account is closed.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

The minimum deposit amount on baaji is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks). Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — transactions must be made from an account in your own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. baaji reserves the right to hold a withdrawal pending until identity verification is completed.

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

If any unusual or suspicious financial activity is identified, baaji may temporarily hold the transaction for investigation. If fraudulent activity is proven on the basis of specific evidence, the account may be cancelled and the balance forfeited.

4 Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The baaji welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and to withdraw this bonus you must complete ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagering.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Every bonus offer comes with wagering requirements. For the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount received. Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Attempting to claim bonuses by opening multiple accounts or through coordinated activity will be considered bonus abuse and the accounts involved may be cancelled. baaji reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

baaji reserves the right to accept or reject any bet or game session. If a bet is accepted in error due to a technical fault, it may be cancelled. The data stored on the game provider's server is considered final for determining results.

5.2 Limits

Maximum and minimum bet limits are set for each game or betting market and are shown on the relevant game or market page. baaji may change these limits at any time if needed.

5.3 Aviator and Instant Games

In instant games such as Spribe's Aviator, game outcomes are determined by a third-party certified RNG (Random Number Generator). If a technical disruption occurs during a game, that round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded where applicable.

6 VIP Program and Cashback Benefits

baaji's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit, which is a fixed percentage of the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings).

Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

For example, as a Gold member, a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week earns ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback. VIP tier upgrades are determined automatically based on the user's activity on the platform. baaji reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baaji and may result in account cancellation as well as legal action:

Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
Playing games using software bots, scripts, or automated methods.
Accessing another person's account or attempting to hack.
Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
Attempting to defraud other users.
Exploiting any technical fault on the platform.
Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
